Our Customer Service Department works diligently to ensure that our customers have total satisfaction with our billing services. We enlist the cooperation of the client in filing claims to make sure that the patient’s medically appropriate services are covered and reimbursed.

Our billing and collection system is well organized to obtain the maximum number of payments from third parties, paying on behalf of our patients. In the case of difficulties in reimbursement coverage, we are disposed to file in appeals if the customer authorizes us to do so on his/her behalf.

Our representatives make our billing easy by use of a computerized billing, integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and mobile collection. To enable electronic billing to Medicaid, Medicare and insurance houses, they use the Zoll Data Rescue Net Billing software.

We have systematized the data entry through the use of CAD mobile reporting and electronic billing software. Thanks to the use of a carefully integrated editing feature, claims identified with compliance errors, missing data or patient demographics are promptly declined for correction and it is resubmitted. The electronically transmitted data to the payer complies with HIPAA standards.
